Spring Hill TN homes sales are still very active with 110 homes sold during the month of July compared to 86 for the same period last year, an increase of 28% compared to the same month last year. In my opinion, part of the increase is due to the completion of the interstate construction on I-65 that seemed to drag on forever. It's probably no surprise that along with the increase in demand, that the average size and price of homes sold increased also.
