Inventory of 157 in July was up 0.6% from 156 in June and up 17.2% from 134 in July of 2015. New listings of 27 in July were down modestly from 33 in June but up slightly from 24 in July of 2015. Months of supply of 10.5 in July was very slightly up from 10.1 in June and up moderately from 8.6 in July of 2015.
Market Time
Days on market of 57 in July was up slightly from 53 in June but down a little from 68 in July of 2015.
