My seller was listening to my radio show this past Sunday when we discussed concerns about condominium fees.

My creative seller suggested we let a potential buyer know that with a full price offer the condo fees would be paid, by the seller, in advance for the first year!

I have just made this part of the MLS remarks

First year condo fee paid by seller.

My suggestion would be each month the new buyer put aside monthly fees so the following year's fees would be available.
