There is some very savvy advice by Will Hamm !  My husband was one of the first Quality Managers at UPS and I remember hearing quotes from Peter Drucker (a lot)!  The first quote was something my husband talked about (intelligent effort) but I never knew who it came from.  Thanks for sharing...

Remember when it was popular to save our coins in a big, fat, pink ceramic piggy bank. Our family's piggy bank was so heavy that we could barely lift it. And the only way to get the coins out of ours was to eventually smash it.
