When I posted about destroying a wasps nest one or more comments were of concern that I had killed the bees. I get that, I understand bees are dying off at an alarming rate BUT wasps can be nasty neighbors when they don't like you being around.
The little fellow to the right is much more to my liking.
I do mean little, from noise to tail he/she is about 2" long.
I think these little bats are cute (as long as they are sleeping). I also understand they eat a lot of insects.
Just to be clear, I like the little guys, not the ones the size of geese. I remember not being to fond of them when I was a kid at my folks lake cabin in MN. Then again the rumor was that they would get in your hair... back when I had hair.
