Unlike the majority of the Dallas area that continues to experience a low inventory trend, the combined Dallas area of Highland Park/University Park has an increased available inventory of pre-owned homes (resale) over 2014 and 2015:
New construction homes also had a substantial increase in their available inventory from 2014 and 2015:
And although the median sales price fluctuates month to month, this market segment has not seen the same continual rise in price for resale homes in the Highland Park/University Park area that most areas of Dallas are experiencing:
But the new construction homes show a substantial increase in the median sales price in July:
