Creative closing gift your clients will love!
I am always on the look out for cool, thoughtful, and creative closing gifts for my clients. I want to give them something that will remind them of me, show them how much I appreciate their business, relates to their new home or sale of their home, and could possibley get me new business!
Many of you know I create Luxury Note Cards by Kschowe with my photos of our golf course, desert sunsets, palm trees, polo, etc. Recently I discovered a new app for iPhone or Android called DreamScope.
It allows you to take your listing photos or best pictures of your clients home and turn them into cool works of art. It's easy to use and creates the images in a few minutes, which you can then download into your photos.
I then print the images and create a set of Luxury Note Cards for my clients with the images of their new home on the front. They can send them to their friends and family to let them know about their new home! On the back of each card I print my websites where they can order more cards... or check out my latest listings. Their friends and family who recieve the cards will also be able to access my websites.
Another way to utilize this Dreamscope app is to take the "artistic image" of their home and have it reproduced on gallery wrapped canvas. I sent a closing gift to a couple who was sad to sell their desert condo- it was an image of their gorgeous mountain view from the home they sold. Now they will always have it.
If you like the idea but don't have the time or skills- I can make them for you! All I will need is a few of your favorite photos of the home and I will create the cards or canvas for you. The cards are $8/each + shippping and I can do as many as you like. Finished and shipped to you tied with a ribbon. Contact me for pricing on the canvas reproductions- they start at $55 for the smallest size of 8 X 10. Larger sizes are more.
I hope this sparks your creativity for closing gifts and gives you an option for treating your clients!
