Do you have a need, but you are not sure who to call? Perhaps you need transportation from your home to the doctor's office. Maybe you've just returned home after surgery and you need some modifications to your home. Who do you call??
If you live in Douglas County or you are inquiring on behalf of someone who lives in Douglas Couny, pick up the phone and call First Call Information at 303.660.7519. This Referral and Assistance program has trained staff and volunteers that can direct you to the service or resource that will meet your needs.
Calls made to First Call during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm, will be answered by a live operator! However, during heavy volume periods the caller may leave a message. Non-urgent callers can also leave messages after hours to be returned the next buiness day.
