Early Morning Observations

Sheila, folks who work these small restautant or cafe jobs work very hard for little pay. Hopefully the ducks are all OK. 

Hi Sheila - regardless of which way you went ,Tappan Zee or GW, I know the traffic is not fun.

Sheila New Jersey can be an adventure, and it sounds you had one just getting there.

 It's hard for me sometimes to realize that you can cross into so many states on the East Coast because on the West Coast we only have three states.  I have to drive for 12 hours to get to San Francisco where as you can be in Boston, New York or Philadelphia;  within a couple hours Sheila Anderson. 

Living and driving where there is a lot of traffic can be frustrating at times.  I notice more and more of it here in Sacramento all the time.  We have the American River which divides one part of the city from the other.  Commuting takes folks across about 4 bridges.  A few decades ago, land was procured through eminate domain to build another bridge that would have helped us out a lot presently.  Unfortunately, those in power who were living along the river where the proposed bridge was to be, fought hard against it, and prevailed.  We are reaping the harvest of that now!

Sheila- I'm from Houston, so I feel your pain when it comes to traffic.  Hope you are now at home and relaxing.
