Denver was a very hot Colorado market this past year and continues at the same pace so far for 2016.  Homes do not sit on the market long if they are in good condition and priced right.  Denver offers a variety of price points with something for just about any budget.

Hi Belinda,
Gosh... your Denver definition of affordable is different than my market of Central Washington which is on the rise and not considered affordable at all. Our median price is $264,200... not all that affordable to most of our locals.  The city is working on how to make owning more affordable.  "Affordable" to us are Oklahoma prices.  LOL

Hi Belinda --- I like that you have included those fun facts in your Denver market update.   "Affordability" as we know is a very relative term so I think it gives those thinking of relocating an idea compared to their current location.
