This week Beech Grove has been a hub of activity with visits by
Senator Barack Obama & Former President Bill Clinton. The Democratic Primary is coming up, on Tuesday May 6th. Senator Obama, met & had lunch with one of the Beech Grove residents & his family at their home on Wednesday April 30th. Today, May 2nd Former President Bill Clinton will speak to a crowd at the Beech Grove Middle School, as he hits the campaign trail for his wife. It has been said that the last time a President visited Beech Grove, Indiana was Harry S. Truman on October 15, 1948.
A few things to remember:
Be sure to bring your government issued photo ID.
Make sure you go to the correct polling place. If you aren't sure, you can visit this website to verify where your polling place is.
Polls are open 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Regardless of who you vote for, just remember to vote.
