HOA 's are like liver and like 'em or you don't...they do offer great home protection from the purple house and clutterred  yard...and some people prefer the wide open spaces and no rules.

Nicole Doty - Gilbert Real Estate Expert This is a preference of so many buyers in the home buying market right now. Some HOAs have gone completely insane with the overview and control of incredibly restrictive covenants and 'asociation nazis' to enforce the rules.
