Again, homes in Hillside subdivision in Garland, TX were built in 2015. The price point ranges from $280’s-350’s with square footage anywhere between 1800-3600. The neighborhood consists of one to two story homes with front entry two car garages. Now depending on the lot size will determine if there’s enough space available for a three car garage, but the option is definitely available. The subdivision is steady building new homes and have already sold out in phase one which consists of 25 homes. Phase two will open in the summer of 2017, and once the subdivision is complete, it will have a total of 65 homes. Also, to maintain the upkeep of the community, there is a mandatory HOA fee that is $400 a year.
