RE/MAX Commercial 2016 World Symposium,

Don't Procrastinate, Register Now!

JM Padron Testimonial I have been attending most of these forums, with the exception or one or two due to the date conflicts with my international presentations. I started my training and coaching career thanks to the RE/MAX Commercial Symposium. Three years ago when I had the opportunity to meet Sergio Felgueres the Owner-Director of the Mexico Region, who was interested in putting together a commercial training program in Spanish. I went ahead and put it together including Sergio’s suggestions and recommendations and today We can say it has been a total success.

Thanks RE/MAX Commercial Symposium and thanks Sergio.

Additionally, I have made the best co-brokerage deals with some of the RE/MAX Commercial offices such as RE/MAX Professionals in Nebraska,

RE/MAX Commercial Associates in New Jersey, RE/MAX Commercial Brokers in Phoenix, RE/MAX Commercial Brokers Inc. in Metairie, RE/MAX Results in Minneapolis and RE/MAX Commercial and Investment Realty in LA, among others.

This year we have a three Gurus:

1) My friend Rod Santomassimo: Rod Santomassimo is a sought-after speaker, offering presentations at a variety of local offices, regional conferences and national conferences both in and aside from the commercial real estate industry. In addition, he has been approved and selected as a featured speaker by the National Association of Realtors Commercial Alliance and its Signature Series. Listen to Rod and learn one or two tips from him will change the way you do business, believe I can assure that for my experiences with Rod.

2) Jeff Engelstad: Engelstad has served as a director of the Colorado Association of Realtors®, and remains active in real estate investment, consulting and expert witness testimony. Professional awards include the 2001 Realtor of the Year, Aurora Association of Realtors; 1999 Paul Harris Fellow, Rotary International; and the 1996 Presidents Distinguished Service Award, Aurora Association of Realtors. Through the University of Denver, he has led numerous Global Real Estate Delegations in many parts of the world. He is a board member of the Colorado/Wyoming CCIM chapter and NAIOP Colorado. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the American Planning Association, and the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors®. He will be giving a class in evaluating a commercial property using discount cash flow analysis

3) Brian Bailey: Brian is the senior financial policy analyst in the supervision and regulation division of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Bailey is responsible for thought leadership in commercial real estate and providing guidance on valuation issues. He has extensive experience with commercial real estate valuation, transaction, development, and financial issues spanning both the public and private sectors. Best of all Brian is a CCIM Designee. What a “trio” Don’t you think?
