Vallagio at Inverness - Low-Maintenance Golf Course Living - One of my favorite low-maintenance golf 
communities in all of Denver is Vallagio at Inverness. Unlike most other golf course communities, Vallagio is made up entirely of low maintenance homes, from flats, to studios, to million dollar golf villas and row houses, everything built here is quality and convenience.
The Dry Creek Light rail stop is right across the highway from Vallagio, and with the convenient walkover bridge it makes for easy access to all of Denver without the need for a 
car. The communtiy itself has several wonderful restaurants, wine shops, salons and more, all with easy access to DTC, 470, Park Meadows and Centennial Airport, literally all of these are within one mile of Vallagio.
The Inverness Golf Course is part of The Inverness Hotel and Confeence center that hosts many south metor Denver events. The course itself is a semi private J Press Maxwell design, featuring 18 championship holes and a par 70, 7026 yard layout, that is not only challenging, but beautiful.
Homes on the course are in high demand, due to the variety of amenities previuosly mentioned, and it is 
a haven for executives that fly in and out of Centennial Airport. There is appeal to a broad spectrum of owners, but mostly they want to enjoy a wonderful community without spending their time off work, working on household maintenance or lawn work, they want to enjoy all that Colorado offers once the work day is done, turn the key and play!
