Finding Buyers Through Online Ads- What's your biggest Challenge

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with REMS Virtual

As a virtual assistant company we are posting ads for our clients online through various sources.  They tell us that they are getting calls from these ads and are happy with the postings.  What we don't know is what kind of challenges they are having when trying to convert these buyers into clients.  I'm looking for your feedback.

In this market everyone knows that buyers are at a premium.  No one wants to scare one off. When you as the agent receive a call about a specific property viewed on craigslist, are you prepared?  Do you have a script in mind incase that home isn't for them?  For those who have created that "fast friends" relationship over the phone, share your secret.  Is it all personality or just a simply prepared script that helps you.

Mindy, good post!  In questioning these "potential customers," if a specific property isn't for them, I would either have a list of eight or ten properties similar to the property in question, and I could email those properties to them, and have a script to that effect as well.  That is what I bring with me at Open Houses, in case I get bad feedback from walk throughs at my Open.

Hi Mindy,

What other kinds of sales and marketing assistance do you provide your clients?  What kind of internet based advertising can you assist with?
