Best Buys Often Found in Fall and Winter Months in Chicago Area

The best buys are often found in the Fall and Winter months in the Chicago area.  Some of the reasons include lack of competition, less likelihood of multiple offer situations (which drives up the price) which creates less frustration and a more positive buying experience.

Many Sellers wonder whether or not they should list their home in the colder Chicago months.  The answer we always is a resounding 'YES'!  Why wouldn't you place your home on the market if you're serious about selling?  You never know when someone is looking for your home and, if it's not on the market, they're not going to know you're interested in selling.

Contact us when you or someone you know is ready to rent, invest, buy or sell real estate anywhere in the NW Suburbs of Chicago. We will take the time to answer all your questions, provide further resources to help with your decision making process, refer you to one of our many lenders based on your individual needs and connect you to our network of attorneys and home inspectors. Let us know how we may serve you by calling (224) 805-2616 or by emailing Randy@Schulenburg.com.

I imagine if you're out looking for a home in the Chicago winter, you must be a pretty serious buyer. Love the picture of the lake!

I moved out of Chicago windshield factor 20 below 0.  Moved to Orlando. 60 degrees out and it's cold.  Love coming back to visit - in the summer!  lol
