Big Day at Schweitzer Fall Fest !

Big weekend for Schweitzer Mountain Resort with Fall (Beer) Fest and live bands outside in the village Saturday, Sunday and Monday.  It was big for another reason also.  Next Monday starts the WaCanId Ride.  Our first day is 95 miles with about a 15 mile grade starting at mile 55.  I have been riding well and wanted to see how I would handle a grade Schweitzer Resort style.  9 miles of all different angles of up.  Kicked me pretty good.  On the other hand finished it and was able to enjoy some music at the festival (another post).

That's an impressive ride and view.  26 miles in one day nearly killed me a few years back, but I do wish that I had a bike again.
