We found that people are going to have pets anyway. The $250 fee upfront defrays some make ready. The monthly feed is income. We just leased a property a week ago with 2 pets. That is an extra $40/ month.
Pets are so popular in my area and pet owners will not give them up so we need to know how to adapt to this and use it to sell houses.
