The NW Austin real estate market has set record sales in 2016. Serious buyers need to act fast when they find a suitable property.
My investment buyers are familiar with NW Austin and own 2 rental properties in the Canyon Creek Subdivision. They were in Austin in June and we made an offer on a condo and were unsuccessful with our offer. We wrote a contract on a builder home that will be completed in October. After leaving town we continued to search the market for another property through the MLS.
A wonderful condo came on the market that would fit their needs. I went to see the home at the open house and reported back it was a good fit. We immediately made an offer and found there were 2 other offers on the table. We adjusted our cash offer and won the bid on the house! I love it when that happens:). It was a smooth transaction with a competent listing agent that was a pleasure to work with.
