New Condo for Sale in Folsom at Altura Villas

As condo complexes go, the Altura Villas on Halidon Way are pretty nice, built 10 years ago. I was amazed at how easy it was to find the unit I was looking for. The streets are clean. The landscaping is pretty, and the amenities at the HOA are very impressive. You've got your usual things like a pool and spa, but there is also a volleyball court!

Good morning, Elizabeth -- from your description of the condo and the complex, this unit sounds like a winner.   A three bedroom floor plan especially with one on the first floor is going to have wide appeal regardless of household size. Here's to finding the right buyer very quickly.

And it sounds like the unit has a cute neighbor who needs some taking care of because he's not good at directions! Seriously, those HOA fees seem LOW for what you get. I'd check this condo out pronto before it's sold.

Hella M. Rothwell, Broker/Realtor® He was kinda cute, now that you mention it. And yes, ridicuously low HOA; it's been that way for a long time in this complex. My team member Josh just bought a condo, and his dues are over $500 a month.
