Spring is here and where are all the Buyer's??

We focus on a very small community in the Greater Toronto Area called Georgetown and it seems as though the market is slowing.  Earlier in the year we were blaming the lack of activity on the tremendous snowfall but the snow is long gone.

Will the market pick up dramatically or will it remain flat for some time?  People can't predict the future but it does seem as though people are starting to take notice of the media reports and they are starting to be concerned.  Last year was an exceptional year and it makes sense that things would change at some point and now it is ever more important for Buyer's and Seller's to Listen to their realtors.

No matter what happens people will always buy and sell real estate and remember that it is your home!  Long term outlook almost guarantees that the market will heat up again and over time there is no better investment than real estate!

The market will get better again Matthew. Many buyers are sitting on the fence scared to make a move. When inventory drops, we well get back to a normal market.

Matthew, it's hard to take but I've read it may be at least two more years before things really pick up.  Very scarey!
