Rich, as I have said before, I have IXACT Contact - I use it to log all my clients and keep track of them.  I have found that sending my monthly newsletter is extremely easy ever since I started.  I log everything manually on my Mac Calendar.  I have picked up so much business this year that I will be using the other outstanding features the CRM offers. If I forget something, there are no reminders!  (I should have been doing this all along).
