Do You Have Your Hunting Land Secured Yet?Wildlife Habitat

Time is running short for those looking for that perfect place to hunt this year.

Though many have already found their bit of Wildlife Paradise, for those who have not, it is still not too late.

A few things to consider when seeking your hunting land:

  •    Proximity to your home

Some want it close enough to get out there after work.

Others want it far enough away that they will not be disturbed.

  •    What type of hunting do you want to do?

Deer, Turkey, Waterfowl, Small Game, etc.

All of these game animals have their preferences and it is important for you to choose the right place if you want them to be there.

  •    Quantity vs Quality?

Some counties are known for trophies, some are known for larger populations of less impressive wildlife.

  •    What is your price range?

Prices vary greatly from place to place.

  •    How many are in your party?

     Amount of land needed

Number of people splitting the bills

  •    How much land do you need?

Some get by with 10 acres, others prefer thousands.

When you are ready to get started give me a call, I can help you to decide on some of these questions.

Our Wildlife Specialists and Foresters can evaluate the land for Wildlife Habitat and Timber quality.

(Two essentials in every forestland purchase.)

And I do have a list of good agents throughout several states who can help you find and purchase your dream property.

Well, that's a complex question, like "Have you stopped beating your wife?"

I have no need of hunting land, but I'll come to you for advice if that ever changes  : )

Very interesting post. I have friends with hunting land, not sure how they found it actually. But hey, it's tried and true land by now.
