Another Bubble?

Are we in another bubble? Nope, not unless you happen to run into handyman Alan Kier with his fantastic bubble-making machine in Carlsbad Village. This creation makes the best darn bubbles and people love watching them float across this little park by Harbor Fish and the Offshore Surf Shop on the bluff above the beach.

I ran into him several years ago one weekend evening delighting everyone who walked and drove by, especially the kids. He does terrific work as a handyman, too - many clients have praised him, and I do as well!

Nina Hollander - agreed. Alan always hang sout near the beach where there is a good breeze so the bubbles form easily but travel for long distances! They are not All this big, though. Seems the smaller ones last longer

Great bubble photo and there was man at Oceanside Pier making HUGE bubbles like this several years ago, it is amazing!

And your title caught me with the word Bubble in it because the real estate industry is (always) in some type of bubble, and this bubble usually goes 7-8 up and 7-8 down, give or take.

And the RE industry has been doing this for many-many years and will continue to do so
