Hi Dick -- while the inventory level is not huge, it is nice to see a nice representation of homes available for sale in the Greeley Saint Michaels neighborhood.   The numbers certainly indicate a very strong sales performance this year.   Prospective buyers and sellers in this or any of the Northern Colorado markets you and Mary cover will be best served when they contact you for their representation.
