Another Home Sold and Settled.  

Once again a smooth transaction with great clients and wonderful new owners who now have a really nice home.

Were there hurdles?  

You bet, it's a transfer of property, it's a real estate transaction.  The most difficult part of the process is getting from contract to settlement, not just getting it under contract which so many real estate T.V. shows portray.  

That's just not accurate.

So happy for all the parties, they move on with their life plans.  

Nothing better than that.
