Here are the latest statistics for August, 2016 for Mississauga, Ontario and the surrounding area of Metropolitan Toronto as reported by the Toronto Real Estate Board.

The numbers are staggering... and shows the market is still brisk with homes selling faster than ever and for much higher sales prices.  

The low inventory continues to drive the market with number of listings⬇ by 5.55% from 1,369 in August, 2015 to 1,293 in August

Here are the latest real estate statistics for August, 2016

Number of sales ⬆ by 20.12% over August, 2015
Average sales price ⬆19.77% over August, 2015
Average days on market ⬇ 26.09% from 23 days to 17 days
Average Selling Price/List Price ⬆ 3.03% from 99% to 102%
