Real estate is a roller coaster indeed, and as long as you're able to separate it from the really important things in life, it can work.  It's not the deals that make us happy.  It's the people we love.  OK, add Labradoodles!

I agree Patricia Kennedy !  And, Bichon poodles too!  Does the poodle make yours as hyper as mine?  We STILL call her Crazy Bella...and she's 10 1/2 years old!
