What Technology tool helped you the most?

I sat down and was reflecting about the real estate business and how much it has changed since I began my career in November 1973. For example - MLS listings were delivered in large heavy paper books every 2 weeks while new listings and listing changes were delivered weekly. Changes in the 1970's and 1980's came slow unlike the current industry market situation. Innovation back then seemed to me to be viewed with disdain. And now I hear discussion from industry members about whether local boards add value to the members and their business?  Something I never heard back then. We also have many new business models which have come forward which were not around previously.

And in the last 5 years I began to believe in truly systematizing my business which has been a wake up for me. Ok Howard Brinton's Star Power sessions finally got through to me.

From my perspective two things have changed our industry - my smart phone and my surface tablet.

They two items changed my business and my life.

I am more efficient, more effective, more knowledgeable and more organized than I ever have been.

And I pleased to say I am older but also better.
