If you are reading this post, then you already know that I am a Real Estate Broker, but unless you have worked with me, there are a few things that you would not know, that I would like to share.
First of all, I will not stop working and fighting for you, until we find and close on your perfect property, or until your home is Sold! Second of all, I care about your Net bottom line, and prove it with every transaction. While the majority of Brokerage firms charge a "Transaction Fee" of anywhere from $395 to $595 per transaction, I never charge my Buyers or Sellers a Transaction Fee. While other companies may be justified in doing so, since I have owned my own brokerage firm and not been dictated by corporate America, I have NEVER felt comfortable in charging this fee.
Next, when listing your property with me, I NEVER charge a cancellation fee! Often times, Real Estate Agents will bury a 1-3% cancellation fee on Page 3 of the listing agreement. You will not even know that it is there, until you are unhappy and try to cancel your listing. I do not feel this is right, and vow to earn your business on a daily basis. For this reason, I start every listing presentation on Page 3, where I point out my $0 cancellation fee clause, and let every client know that if they are unhappy with me, fire me! In 18 years, it has yet to happen!
