Look for New Ways to Do Old Things

Always be on the lookout for new ways to do old things,

and keep your mind open to using alternative

methods and plans of action .”

Amy Jones, Artist

As I see it . . . . . . . .

Look for new ways to do old things

Finding new ways to do old things . . . .  is the passport to change your course . . . . and to travel a new path to achieve your goals.

All the rules are in a constant state of change . . . . and unless you adjust to the times you will be swept aside.

Doing what you have always been doing . . . . has produced certain results. If you feel that continuing to do the same thing will product . . . . difference results is a fantasy. By doing the same old things . . . . will continue to product the some old results at best.

Embrace change . . . . See the change as an opportunity. Open your mind to try new things . . . .  and look for alternatives to the same old same old things in a new way.  Create a plan of action to implement new strategies . . . . and new methods to achieve your goals . . . . and to create your desired outcome.

Look for new ways to do old things . . . . and everything changes . . . . you create a new pathway to greater success . . . . and you control . . . .  the change and your your results.

Hi Lou Ludwig - I couldn't agree more with your sentiment. I had a boss years ago that would say, "What are you going to do different and better tomorrow?"

Good evening Lou,

You make some valid points with your post! I agree whole heartedly. You can control by making changes that end in good results.

This is key Lou. The real definition of innovation. Looking for new ways is the answer to staying on top of things.

Yep, shake things up, innovate, change, don't go with the status quo. Isn't that the way to create excitement in one's life?

I am on this "kick" for a few years now...  handle the situation as the person that I want to be instead of in the way that has become a habit..  and then the new way becomes the habit.

Things don't always have to stay the same or change, but sometimes the old way is the smarter way...

This is good advice to share. Some of those old habits can be difficult to change.
