What are the things that first time home buyers think about?

Say you are thinking of buying your first home, you would probably be thinking  where would the best place be that I would want to call Home. You would pick an area that would be close enough to your job, a good area for your family, and an area that offered homes in the right price range.

So will it be a Condo, Townhome, or a Single Family Home?

Pro's and Con's to all of these situations. A few questions to ask yourself. First Choice: Do you not mind living close to your neighbors? Would you prefer if someone else maintained the grounds and exterior of the property? Would you love to have pools that you can use but do not want to have to take care of. Then maybe you would be great with a Condo. Second choice: Do you like to do some landscaping but don't really want to have to deal with the lawn or pool? Do you need more space than a condo offers? Then a Townhome may be for you. Third Choice: Are you looking for a home without the rules and regulations of a HOA (Home Owners Association) Would you rather not pay the monthly fee? Do you like the idea of having full control over inside and outside of property. Do you prefer to have more space between you and your neighbor? Then this may be the way to go for you.

A few other things to consider when buying your first home.

School districts, Neighborhoods, Safety factor visit the area during the day and in the evening, Activities like recreation, shopping, restaraunts, cultural activites.

It is recommended that you start by making a list of the amenities you would want in a home virsus the things you need in a home. Think about now and the future as we know life is always changing.
