A Quick Fix is a Do Over in the Making

A Quick Fix is a Do Over in the Making

Happiness can be defined, in part at least, as the fruit

of the desire and ability to sacrifice what you

want now for what we want eventually.”

Stephen R. Covey, American Educator, Author,

Businessman, Keynote Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . . .

A quick fix is a do over in the making

Sacrifice today to be what you can be tomorrow.

Lay the ground work . . . . for your future. Sacrifice the quick fixes of today . . . . and lay down a solid foundation for your future success.

Quick fixes are normally a short term fix at best . . . . and will not create lasting forward momentum . . . . or success. Most quick fixes will require do over’s . . . . There will in be misplaced energy creating a strain on all of your resources including . . . . a massive time drain.

Go for the gold . . . . and long term successful results. Sacrifice the quick fixes of today and strive for excellences in your days . . . . and in your efforts to create the pathway for a successful future.

There is a great sense of satisfaction in pursuing your goals . . . . in successfully achieving your goals . . . . and objectives on your success journey.

Sacrifice today to be what you can be tomorrow. Commitment yourself to your success journey . . . . not quick fixes. Invest your time . . . . efforts . . . . and energies doing what it will take to achieve a successful outcome.

Success is achieved by those who are committed to their success . . .  . and who are willing to pay the prices to succeed and not by quick fixes.

A quick fix is a do over in the making.

Most people want it now and go in debt for it. Not worth it to me.

Good morning Lou Ludwig,

Stephen Covey is one of my favorites to read. Quick fixes are normally a short term fix at best. Sacrificing the quick fixes and strive for excellence is a more long term step for success.

Lou, I believe happiness is what you make it. A quick fix is not usually the way to go, although adjusting the course as needed is mandatory in life.

So many of your quotes, hit me where I'm at, Lou!  This is one of them.  This summer has found me doing a lot of repairs and renovations around my home. Fixing it right the first time, saves a revisit downwind.
