Home Prices in San Clemente Michael Albrecht 9/18/2016

This week’s report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Michael Albrecht. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 4.7 percent, for new homes down 4.5 percent and for resale condos up 3.7 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 0.6 percent and up 2.9 percent on condos and up 43.5 percent for new homes.

•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 1.8 percent and the sales volume is up 11.1 percent.

•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 0.8 percent and the sales volume is up 9.1 percent.

•Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 7.4 percent and the sales volume is down 20.7 percent.

•Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 4.3 percent and the sales volume is up 11.5 percent.

•Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 3.2 percent and the sales volume down 6.8 percent.

•San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 13.5 percent and the sales volume is up 60.7 percent.

•San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 3.6 percent and the sales volume is down 3.1 percent.

We are seeing in most areas a positive week.  Aliso Viejo did show a big down turn in sales volume.  The market is slower than during the summer but that is to be expected.
