Pali Ke Kua 143 returns to the market priced at $679K. It last sold in 9/11 for $480K. It was previously listed from 9/15 to 8/16 for $699K.
Sales:
Hanalei Bay Resort 8131/32 sold for $619K while listed for $695K. The prior sale was in 1/90 for $260K.
Expired:
After 180 days priced at $1.1M, Puu Poa 114 expired. The seller paid $870K for this unit in 9/12.
Withdrawn:
Priced at $739K, Villas on the Prince 18 was withdrawn after 391 days. The seller paid $487,355 in 3/02. Plantation 1522, priced at $629K, was withdrawn after only 90 days on the market. The last sale was from the developer in 3/06 for $536,066.
Temporarily Withdrawn:
After 271 days on the MLS, with a list price of $449,900, Cliffs 3303 was withdrawn. The unit was purchased in 10/04 for $315K as a leasehold converting to fee simple in 5/06 for $108,533.
Price Changes:
Villas on the Prince 21 is priced at $734,900 after a reduction from $749K. The unit sold for $675K in 3/15.
Pali Ke Kua 1, a leasehold property being sold at auction, is now $235,500 after a reduction from $247,800. The owner paid $379K in 4/06.
Mauna Kai 8B is now $579K, down from $599K. The last sale was for $625K in 11/07.
Emmalani Court 214 is now $589K down from $600K. The prior purchase was for $479K in 12/14.

Back on the Market:
Priced at $1.350M, 4183 Mahina Place is back on the market after going into escrow on 9/6. The last sale was in 6/06 for $1.6M.
Contingent:
4171 Kamalani Lane is in escrow while listed for $1.185M. The prior purchase was in 11/15 for $750K.
Under Contract:
Two homes in QEB moved to under contract this week: 4108 Aloalii priced at $1.199M and 3953 Aloalii priced at $2.299M. Both of these should be closing shortly.
Temporarily Withdrawn:
5141 Iolani Place was withdrawn after 29 days priced at $625K. The home was built in 1980 with the prior sale being for land in 11/79 for $51K.
Price Changes:
3788 Mapuana reduced from $775K to $749K. The seller paid $608K in 3/13.
4254 Waileia Place, which was purchased for $500K in 8/02, went from $895K to $850K.
