Paul has been a resident of Warren Twp. New Jersey for the past 36 years. He has been a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 1982 and at Weichert since 1992. Lourdes is a resident of Union County, she is married and has two children, a boy and girl. Lourdes worked with Paul Stillwaggon from 2002 to 2006 as his the executive assistant. From 2006 to 2010 she continued to work in real estate, performing administrative duties and managing marketing and advertising.

A licensed NJ real estate agent since 2007, Lourdes happily rejoined the NJ Estates Real Estate Group in May 2010. Mon has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) field. In addition to managing an advanced technology group with multi-million dollar budget, Mon also managed software development and infrastructure operating environment support.

Mon is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for residential and commercial properties servicing Somerset, Morris, Middlesex, Hunterdon, and Union counties.

Mon has been a resident of Warren Township for over 32 years. Together with his wife, they have raised 2 children who served the township firehouse and EMS. Linda is a resident of Somerset County for over 15 years and is a lifelong resident of New Jersey. However, during her corporate years, she enjoyed extensive travel, both foreign and domestic, and has had extended stays outside of NJ in order to facilitate the opening and closing of business entities.

In addition, Linda has over 30 years experience in personal real estate transactions, is a NJ licensed real estate agent and expert in Somerset, Hunterdon, Morris, Middlesex, Ocean and Union Counties. Linda is certified in RVCC Strategic Marketing, RVCC AutoCAD 1 and is a Designated Accredited Buyers Representative.

Alicia is a former Network Television News Producer and Public Relations Executive with the experience and skills to use video, social media and marketing to sell homes. Alicia is also a designated Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) focusing on working directly with buyer-clients.

Alicia and her husband moved to Bridgewater Township in 2003 where their two children attended the Bridgewater Schools. Before moving to Bridgewater, Alicia lived in Millburn, West Orange and Springfield. Alicia has been an active volunteer in many of the local community organizations for years, having served on the Boards of the Bridgewater Arts Committee and The Education Foundation of Bridgewater-Raritan.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Bill owned/operated a successful commercial printing business in the local area.
