Are you "On The Go" all the time?? Do you ever slow down? Do you plan for some relaxing in your daily or weekly schedule? If you want to be sure to continue moving forward without crashing at an inopportune time, you should plan to rest!

Sometimes the best thing to do, is to just rest. My nature is to “go-go," which seems as if that could be helpful, yet sometimes if I am not mindful I end up burning the candles at both ends. If you do not allow yourself to slow down, your body will make you. That could manifest in the form of a depleted immune system, making your easily susceptible to becoming sick.
It's important allow yourself adequate amounts of rest as that will help rebuild your body, mind and spirit. Learn to adopt good sleeping habits and know when to take a step back and slow down.
