I am pleased to announce that I've added a new team member to help better serve customers throughout St Johns County! Please welcome Tim Hutchison to St. Augustine Key Realty!
Our goal at St. Augustine Key Realty is to provide the highest quality service to our customers. Adding our newest REALTOR®, Tim Hutchison to St. Augustine Key Realty, with his experience with HOAs and Condo associations along with developers, is yet another KEY we can now offer to our valued customers.
When Tim drove into St. Augustine from Nashville Tennessee, he knew right away he was home. Captivated by the rich history and Old City charm, after 25 years Tim’s never looked back. As he always says, “The oldest city never gets old”. Since then, his knowledge of St. Augustine and the surrounding areas has grown extensively.
Tim’s experience in the real estate industry began with property management almost 15 years ago. He has extensive knowledge with the operations of homeowner and condominium associations, and how they relate to individual owners. Tim has worked alongside developers, and has been instrumental in growing communities from the ground up. This has given him a rock solid foundation in the industry.
Trust and integrity are among his lifelong values. Tim firmly believes these are ideals which you earn each and every day. He agrees with humorist Will Rogers when he said, “Lead your life so you wouldn’t be ashamed to sell the family parrot to the town gossip”.
Tim’s interests are as diverse as his knowledge of St. Augustine. Since he lives on the island, he enjoys the beach, but you could also spot him hiking the back country, or along a section of the Appalachian Trail. He’s also been known to flip a burger or two on the grill. He currently lives with his son, Zachary, and 3 dogs, Sophie, Stella and Baxter.
