Praful Thakkar - the contingency offer actually did inspections, etc. They told us if their house doesn't sell before the expiration of the "contingent" contract they were going to proceed with purchasing our listing. They don't need to sell to buy - that's a good thing for our sellers - you like those kinds of situations don't you John Meussner! Thank you Sean Casey for your wishes!
