2 = Number of open houses we've had; (it's likely we'll have one more next weekend)

1 = Number of agents who have downloaded disclosures already
1 = Number of agents who have told me they plan to download disclosures tonight and would like to take their clients back for a second look tomorrow
1 = Number of potential buyers who have downloaded the disclosures

Two open houses and five days in MLS, plus lots of interest! Love it when that happens. I listed a house yesterday, put it in MLS, received a buyer call within two hours, and showed that buyer at 5:00 p.m. yesterday afternoon. Doing my happy dance, and hoping for an offer over the weekend!
