Spring Valley Subdivision Market Update for September 2016

Spring Valley Subdivision Clermont FL 34711 is located directly behind Kohls on HWY 27 in Clermont FL. The community has two entrances, one located on HWY 27, the other entry is on Hammock Ridge Road. Spring Valley Subdivision is a fairly large community made up of 453 homes offering six different floor plans. Most homes feature three bedrooms, two baths and attached two-car garage, there are some four bedroom homes as well also with attached two car garages. Homes were built by Banyan Homes starting in 2002, most homes were built after 2005. Spring Valley is a great subdivision as a starter home or as an investment. As of September 2016, HOA fees are $346.00.

School district for Spring Valley is LAKE County, Lost Lake Elementary, Windy Hill Middle and East Ridge High.
