Oakley Home Prices continue an upward trend. Prices are up about 8% over last year; about 14% on PPSF. What I find interesting is the average asking price per SF is now about than the actual PPSF for sales so far this quarter. Inventory is about 30 days. This is a hot sellers market. Oakley Homes offer a nice combination of quality and affordability.
I expect Oakley Home Prices to continue to rise as it is a very nice community and continues to grow. The widening of Highway 4 and the new E-Bart Extension will make Oakley an easier commute and bring more people out to East Contra Costa County.
