Hi Debbie Reynolds - We live an hour away from Flagstaff which goes from 9000 feet to around 7000 feet. The change is already happening there. We are at 4500 feet our change happens mid November so we get to see each area change for about 6 weeks.

This home was built to take advantage of the 360º views. Some are straight up the mountain like the second picture. It was a great buy. My feeling is that this home would easily cost $1.5 to 2 million to build today!
