The Fall market has arrived. Inventory is still lower than normal. In the following graphic, there are 10 steps to aid you in preparing your home for the change in seasons.
1. Trim back dead branches and bushes
2. Bring summer furniture indoors
3. Winterize your outdoor faucets
4. Have your heating system looked at
5. Clean out gutters and downspouts
6. Caulk around doors and windows
7. Clean out your pantry
8. Have your chimney cleaned
9. Test smoke/co detectors
10. Inspect your roof.
