One Idea At A Time Will Grow Your Business

This post is inspired by Lise Howe's recent post entitled "15 Free or nearly Free Suggestions to Increase Your Business".

Lise shared several excellent ideas for increasing your business. In the comment section of that post, Harry F. D'Elia offered up an excellent challenge to pick 2 of the ideas and implement them over the next 30 days. What a great idea!  Kudos Harry!

It is easy for real estate agents, and all business owners, to get deluged and overwhelmed with ideas for things to do.  I encourage you to go to that post, and choose one or two and implement them as soon as possible. After one is implemented, choose another and another and so on.   You don't need to do them ALL but implementing just a few of these could transform your business.

As for me, I always encourage blogging to be right at the top of the marketing strategy pyramid.  It is the least expensive, long term, form of lead generation. It takes time and commitment but your blog will have  the longest life of  any marketing strategy.  Therefore, #9 on Lise's list is vital.

Hi Carol. OMG. How true! I go to trainings and I'm bombarded with a zillion ideas. Too many to wrap my brain around, much less implement. So what happens? The materials from the class goes on a shelf and I do nothing instead of everything. Picking one thing is a great idea. It's manageable!

Blogging will be my thing. I used to be regular about it, but life got in the way!
