Now that fall has arrived the temperatures in Las Vegas and other parts of the southwest are starting to cool down. Searching for homes to purchase is so much more comfortable with temps staying below 100.

In fact Spring, Winter and Fall are Vegas Bob's favorites times of the year in the Las Vegas Valley.

I will bet you, Robert Vegas Bob Swetz that this time of year is a popular time for people to venture outdoors with the refreshing lower temperatures. Sandy mentioned to me two days ago that it was 103F in Carlsbad!
