Can I build a detached garage with FHA 203k loan in El Dorado?
I just received a bid on a carport for $30,000, holy cow. we just built this detached garage for $20,000 and another one a bit wider for $24,000 so they client could have a work area off to the side.
I'm so anxious to see what this carport will look like for $30,000. It must be made of gold.
I guess it may be becasue it is for 3 cars, $10,000 per covered car space. mmm
No walls, just a carport. Lets see how that works out.
