Hi Jerry Murphy - These are great questions for outlining a REALTOR® discussion.

I do think a lot of sellers use the internet for just about every aspect of investigation on the Realtor® they might be considering to list with.  I do have a book with me to outline my print marketing.  My sellers seem to be most concerned with pricing, communication, marketing and reports.

Great questions Jerry! When I go into a listing presentation I try to have all my bases covered but I do get "thrown for a loop" occassionally. When I do I just add it to my materials for the next one.
