Since i became a full time Sacramento Real Estate agent, i have seen and heard many strange/funny/odd/weird/interesting things. A lot of times i get to see things many people would not in their job since i am inside of so many homes and interacting with some many different people from all walks of life. Here's a quick look at my latest interesting "thing."
#InterestingWorldofRealEstate : Over the past 10 years of being a Realtor i've seen a lot of interesting things. Especially in the beginning years there were a lot of short sales and foreclosures to deal with that were in horrible condition. Thankfully those have mostly gone away. But earlier this year i was working with a cash buyer that wanted to pick a deal that needed some work done to be fixed up. SO, we were in some pretty interesting bank owned fixers.
